We miss so many of the artists who have passed, and we will never forget ones like the incomperable B. B. King, Ben E. King, Allen Toussaint, Glenn Frey, Jack Ely, Merle Haggard, Percy Sledge, Otis Clay, Frankie Ford, Vanity, Jimmie Van Zant,  Dallas Taylor along with Firesign Theatre’s Phil Austin and Sax man Phil Woods who played with Paul Simon, Billy Joel and Steely Dan among so many others that we had wanted to put into the spotlight, perhaps we can as Next time we will start our summertime seconds series when we revisit earlier show themes with tunes that we didn’t get to when we featured them before, so Memorial Day 2016 Part II is in the sights.   If you have any favorites, be sure to tell me!  I’d love to hear from you, so check in by sending email, or leave a message & a “Like on our Facebook page  which has links to the archives of all the earlier episodes and graphics in the photo section.
