Mitch Trubisky named starter for Chicago Bears 2020 Season

The Chicago Bears sent a clear and concise message in the 2020 off-season to quarterback Mitch Trubisky. The team declined to pick up a fifth year option for the second overall pick in the 2017 NFL draft. In addition, they brought in free agent Nick Foles, who has a Super Bowl MVP award on his resume, to compete for the starter’s job.

Trubisky was paying attention. He worked on his footwork, his timing, and his mental game, winning the QB battle at the conclusion of training camp.

I’m not going to take this opportunity for granted.
