Pigeons Playing Ping Pong Drop a Live Album and Hit the Road

A new live album, a fall tour that starts Friday, and Winter Tour 2027 dates from Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, plus our interview with Greg Ormont.

Pigeons Playing Ping Pong have a new live album out and plenty of road ahead. Live In Florida, Man is out now, with multitrack recordings from the band’s March 2026 run of Florida shows.

The fall tour kicks off this Friday, October 23, at The Showbox in Seattle, and all remaining 2026 dates are on sale. Chicago fans can catch the band on November 5 at The Vic Theatre. The run also includes three nights at Brooklyn Bowl in November and three Washington, DC shows in December.

Winter Tour 2027 is announced too. It covers the East, the South, the Rockies and the Midwest in February and March, with support from Wax Monkey, Hot Like Mars and more to be announced. The band also plays Jam Cruise in Miami in early February.

We caught up with founder, lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Greg Ormont back in 2022, when he talked about the band’s start at the University of Maryland, their Domefest festival and why their shows are such an energy explosion. Read our interview with Greg Ormont.

Full dates and tickets are on the band’s tour page. See you on the road!
