Special guest presenters will be standing in for DJ Uncle Steve for the next three Friday shows
Hello InternetFM listeners. I have a brief announcement for you. For the next three weeks on Acid Flashback Radio, our regular Friday Live show will have special guest hosts. Be sure to tune in for these special broadcasts, starting at Noon Eastern time, 10am Pacific time, 5pm in the UK.
The first show, broadcasting tomorrow (October 18th) will be put on by yours truly, DJ Kaigem. As the new music director of Acid Flashback, the show will be entirely comprised of songs published in the 21st century. Believe it or not, there’s a lot of good new music out there worthy of a rock n roll station, and we’re excited to share it with you this Friday.
Our second show, broadcasting Friday, October 25th, will be presented by longtime listener and friend of the station, Ken from Mississippi. Ken is a regular contributor at Acid Flashback, curating hour-long sets of eclectic rock and psychedelia that often contain songs we’ve never heard of before. If you like deep cuts, hidden gems, and rarities, this is the show for you.
The following week, on Friday, November 1st, our personal friend Mr. Peabody will be presenting his own version of oddball psychedelic, folk, and blues rock. If you think SiriusXM’s Deep Tracks has lost its edge, if you think deep cuts are the best cuts and want to hear songs you haven’t heard in decades, be sure to tune in on November 1st for this one.
