This is The 3D RadioActivity, and its’ time for songs about  hazard, a  portending image of peril, or an implication of harm that one may encounter.  The general word for liability to injury, either near at hand and certain, or remote and doubtful: to be vulnerable of being killed.  a menace that suggests something that one can often foresee but cannot avoid:  a standard for judging when freedom of speech can be abridged; “no one has a right to shout `fire’ in a crowded theater when there isn’t one because such an action would pose public safety to a clear and present danger
