Last week on Your Award Winning 3D RadioActivity we played Country music, and the natural followup this time is Western, and you know that we will have to get in some great swing music from that region too.  Western music celebrates the life of the cowboy on the open ranges and prairies of North America, sharing similar roots with Appalachian folk music (“hillbilly music”), which developed in Appalachia separately from, but parallel to, this genre.  Originally a form of folk music with English, Irish, Scottish, and Mexican influences that developed in the western areas of the United States and Canada.

Fun with music, and life, it’s Rule #1, because that’s what it’s all about.
